And I believe it is helping with my PTSD also... I am sleeping all night long now without having to take medication to make me sleep. My body feels so relaxed after doing a Watsu treatment. The spiritual effects it has made on my body and mind have been amazing. It has benefited me emotionally and physically... Watsu has definitely helped to increase my range of motion. I'm able to do more things every day and begin to enjoy life again."

I sometimes have a stiff back and right sacroiliac joint tightness and really loved when my legs were flexed up.
