Andrea became a massage therapist in 1990 with a lifelong vision of providing the highest quality of service to her clients.  Life happened, and while moving from one state to another and raising her family, she set aside her practice.  Andrea's passion for bodywork was rekindled in 2011 after a deeply profound experience.  After receiving a Watsu session, her desire to live fully and express her creative spirit through massage and bodywork was re-ignited.  It was the catalyst for re-establishing her therapeutic massage and bodywork practice so she could give her best yet.  Inspired by her water journey, she named her practice "Aquatic Fire Healing Arts", representing the 60% water our bodies are made of and the spark of life that burns within each of us.

Through the years, her view of touch has become imbued with a sense of reverence, out of repeatedly witnessing the difference it makes.  Each session is viewed as an opportunity to provide, through touch, a relaxing experience for the client, with an emphasis on releasing long-held tension, on many levels.

Many persons lack touch in their lives, and on some level know they need it to thrive, just as an infant requires touch to thrive.  We may be older, but there is still a part of us deep inside that knows the value of receiving touch in healthy ways.  Andrea finds joy in providing therapeutic massage to those who desire or are in need of touch, or those who appreciate the fine art of touch as a means of relaxation.
